PAYMENT TERMS:

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Checkout, money order, cashiers check, Western Union Money Transfer, and bank/wire/TT transfer. The minimum order amount for Western Union and wire transfer is $500 USD. Please call us toll-free at 1-877-DEALS-79 during business hours if you wish to pay with your Discover card so that we can process your payment directly over the phone.
If paying with a money order or cashiers check, please make it payable to EDIGITALDEALS, INC.
If you want your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, and if your total order price is $500 or more, you must call the number on the back of your credit or debit card to add your desired shipping address to your credit card profile as an authorized shipping address. We do this for your protection as well as ours, and it helps to reduce credit card fraud and identity theft.
If using PayPal, all orders over $500 must be shipped to PayPal-confirmed shipping addresses. No exceptions.
International buyers with domestic credit cards must place their orders over the phone only. Depending on the dollar amount, we may require international buyers to fax in proof of billing/shipping address.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

If you disagree with the shipping price or with the terms listed on this page, then please do NOT buy from us.
Most items are shipped within one business day of receiving cleared payment. Servers can typically take between 1-3 business days, unless you need your order to be rushed.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping for all RMA services. We at eDigitalDeals, Inc. recommend that return shipments are insured and traceable, as we shall not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or misdelivered shipments.
Returns that are packaged contrary to the shipping carrier's packaging requirements will void the RMA as well as any product warranty from eDigitalDeals, Inc.

WARRANTY:

All items are guaranteed against DOA, and include a one-year parts and labor warranty against manufacturer's defects only, unless otherwise stated.
All refurbished items are guaranteed against DOA, and include a 90-day parts and labor warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty is void if (1) the eDigitalDeals holographic security seal on the rear of the DVR shows any signs of tampering, (2) product shows signs of abuse/neglect, or (3) any third-party software is installed on the DVR, other than anti-virus protection.

RETURNS:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all DVR Surveillance/CCTV items. If you wish to return your product for a refund, please call us toll-free at 1-877-332-5779 (or 1-310-618-8686), or preferably notify us by emailing support@edigitaldeals.com within 30 days of the purchase date to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
No exchange/refund will be issued without a valid RMA number.
The RMA number is valid for seven days from the issue date.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, and must accompany a completed RMA form. EDigitalDeals, Inc. shall hold you responsible for scratches, dings, dents, and other cosmetic blemishes, which will result in a restocking fee for the market value of the damaged item(s), usually up to 25% of the original price. Software that has been registered will also be deducted from the total refund amount.
Any evidence of neglect, misuse, or abuse will result in the denial of your exchange/refund as well as a void of your warranty.
Special-ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

HIGH-RISK ACTIVITIES:

The products sold by eDigitalDeals, Inc. are not fault-tolerant and are not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines or weapon systems in which the failure of the product could lead directly to death, personal injury or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Accordingly, eDigitalDeals, Inc. specifically disclaims any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

EDIGITALDEALS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS OR SERVICE, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO INFORMATION OR DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL EDIGITALDEALS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF EDIGITALDEALS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EDIGITALDEALS, INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FROM ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER, IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EDIGITALDEALS, INC., IF ANY, FOR THE PRODUCT.

In the event of customer discrepancies or grievances that lead to Legal or Court Interventions, eDigitalDeals Inc. reserves the right to choose the location for all court hearings and proceedings.

If any of the provisions of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
